# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
04 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
05 - 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
06 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

→ Cinnamon Sugar Coating

07 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted
08 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
09 - 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

# Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract, and stir until a soft dough forms. Use your hands if necessary to bring the dough together.
02 - Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth. Avoid over-kneading.
03 - Divide the dough into 8-10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a 12-inch long rope.
04 - In a shallow bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, and ground cinnamon until evenly mixed.
05 - Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
06 - Place the twists in the air fryer basket, ensuring space for proper air circulation. Air fry in batches for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
07 - Brush the hot twists with melted butter and toss immediately in the cinnamon sugar mixture for an even coating.
