→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 cup chopped pecans
02 - 2 cups plain flour
03 - 1 cup white sugar
04 - 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
05 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
06 - 1/2 tsp salt
07 - 1/2 tsp baking soda
08 - 1 tsp baking powder
09 - 2 large eggs
10 - 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
11 - 1/4 cup honey
12 - 1/2 cup whole milk
13 - 1 tsp vanilla flavoring

# Steps:

01 - Get your oven heated to 350°F (175°C). Coat a 9×5 pan with butter or line it with parchment.
02 - Grab a big bowl and mix flour, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
03 - In a separate bowl, stir together the eggs, melted butter, milk, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
04 - Add the wet mixture to your dry ingredients. Stir gently, just to bring everything together.
05 - Toss in the pecans and fold them into the batter lightly to keep the texture even.
06 - Spoon the batter into your greased or lined pan, smooth out the surface, and bake for about 55-60 minutes. It’s done when a skewer comes out clean.
07 - After baking, let it rest in the pan for 10 minutes. Then move it onto a rack to finish cooling.
