Asian Keto Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Components

01 - 2 pounds of chicken thighs, without bone or skin

→ Sauce Mix

02 - ½ cup tamari or soy sauce
03 - ¼ cup vinegar made from rice
04 - 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
05 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped finely
06 - 1 tablespoon of minced ginger
07 - 1 tablespoon of sweetener (sugar-free)
08 - ½ teaspoon of chili flakes

→ Toppings

09 - Fresh herb cilantro
10 - Toasted sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Put the chicken into the slow cooker.
02 - Stir together the tamari, vinegar, chili flakes, sesame oil, garlic, sweetener, and ginger in a mixing bowl.
03 - Add the sauce on top of the chicken in the cooker.
04 - Cook with the slow cooker set to low for 4-6 hours until the meat softens.
05 - Pull apart the chicken with forks and spoon over any leftover sauce. Sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds for extra flavor if you'd like.
