Bacon Bombs (Print Version)

Cheesy, meaty goodness stuffed inside a flaky biscuit. All your favorite cheeseburger things in one handy bite.

# Ingredients:

01 - Ketchup and mustard for dipping.
02 - Pickle slices to go on top.
03 - 1 teaspoon sesame seeds if you'd like.
04 - 2 tablespoons melted butter.
05 - 1 can (16 oz) of ready-to-bake biscuit dough.
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
07 - Salt and pepper, just sprinkle some in.
08 - 1 small onion, chopped up tiny.
09 - 6 strips of bacon, cooked then broken into bits.
10 - 1 pound of ground beef.

# Steps:

01 - Sprinkle cheese and bacon into the browned beef and onion after draining any grease.
02 - Shape biscuits into flat rounds, pop some filling in the middle, then wrap up and pinch the edges so they're closed. Put them seam-side down on a tray with parchment.
03 - Turn your oven on to 375°F. Brush the balls with melted butter and throw on some sesame seeds if you want.
04 - Let them bake about 12 to 15 minutes 'til they puff up and get golden. Serve them hot with your favorite sauces.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - A splash of Worcestershire sauce in the beef kicks up the taste.
02 - Different cheeses totally work here too.
