5-Minute Bagel Bites (Print Version)

Mini bagel pizzas loaded with toppings and cooked crisp in 5 minutes using an air fryer. Cheesy, fast, and endlessly customizable!

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 small plain bagels, sliced into halves
02 - 1/3 cup of pizza, marinara, or tomato sauce
03 - 1/2 cup of mozzarella, shredded

→ Extra Toppings

04 - Pepperoni slices (mini or halved regular ones)
05 - Cooked sausage made from chicken
06 - Shredded chicken that's already cooked
07 - Cooked ground beef
08 - Chunks of pineapple
09 - Diced ham
10 - Sliced peppers
11 - Sautéed mushrooms
12 - Turkey from the deli, chopped
13 - Sliced olives
14 - Halved cherry tomatoes
15 - Banana peppers

# Steps:

01 - Split the bagels in two, and smear a spoonful of sauce on each cut side.
02 - Layer a handful of cheese evenly on the top of the sauce-dressed bagels.
03 - Put on the toppings you want, making sure not to overload them.
04 - Lay the halves in your fryer basket and cook at 380°F. Check after 3 minutes to ensure they don't overcook; cook up to 5 minutes.
05 - Let the bagels sit in the fryer for a minute or two, then serve warm.
