# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups pancake mix
02 - 1.5 cups fat-free milk
03 - 1 large egg, room temperature
04 - 1 tablespoon canola oil
05 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
06 - 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

→ Serving Ingredients

07 - Butter
08 - Maple syrup

# Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, egg, oil, and cinnamon until just blended (batter will be lumpy). Fold in blueberries.
02 - Spread the batter into a greased 38x25x2.5 cm baking pan. Bake at 200°C for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
03 - Cut into squares or triangles. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
