# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup egg substitute or 1 large egg
02 - 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
03 - 1 garlic clove, minced
04 - 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
05 - 2 teaspoons dried basil
06 - 1 teaspoon paprika
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper
09 - 1 pound chicken tenderloins

# Steps:

01 - In a shallow bowl, whisk together egg substitute, mustard, and minced garlic.
02 - In another shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs with dried basil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
03 - Dip chicken tenderloins in the egg mixture, then fully coat with the bread crumb mixture.
04 - Place the coated tenderloins on a baking sheet prepared with cooking spray. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and the chicken is fully cooked.
