To the onions, add chopped parsley, garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well and add red pepper flakes.

Add chicken stock followed by Parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly and then add heavy cream. Bring to a simmer for one minute, then turn off the heat and let the sauce cool slightly.

Season chicken with salt, smoked paprika, and chicken seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.

Place seasoned chicken in a baking dish and pour the sauce over the chicken.

Bake uncovered at 375°F (190°C) for 1 hour and 45 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through. Broil on the skin side until golden brown.
