Banana Cobbler Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Batter

01 - 1 cup milk
02 - ½ teaspoon baking powder
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - ¼ teaspoon salt
05 - 1 cup granulated sugar
06 - ½ cup melted unsalted butter
07 - 1 cup all-purpose flour

→ Topping

08 - 4 bananas, sliced ripe
09 - ¼ cup brown sugar
10 - ½ teaspoon cinnamon (ground)

→ Optional Add-ons

11 - Vanilla ice cream

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven at 350°F (175°C). Coat a 9x13 dish with some grease.
02 - Combine baking powder, sugar, flour, and salt in a bowl. Stir in the milk, vanilla, and melted butter till smooth.
03 - Spread the batter across the greased pan. Lay out the banana slices on top evenly.
04 - Stir together cinnamon and brown sugar. Scatter this over the banana layer.
05 - Pop it in the oven for 40-45 mins, or until it's golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
06 - Cool down just a bit. Dig in while warm, pairing with some vanilla ice cream if you'd like.

01 - Toss in some chopped nuts for a crunchier topping

03 - Apples or peaches could totally replace the bananas
