Take the butter and spread it generously on one side of each bread slice.

Spread the mascarpone on the side of one slice without butter. Add the sliced banana evenly and finish with a honey drizzle. Seal it with the other bread slice, keeping the buttered sides on the outside.

Warm a non-stick pan on medium heat. Place your sandwich in and cook each side for about 2-3 minutes until the outside is crispy and golden.

Take it off the stove, slice it in half, and serve while it's warm and gooey.
