Bang Bang Thighs (Print Version)

Tender chicken thighs fried in a pan, slathered with a creamy and spicy bang bang sauce. All set in only 22 minutes.

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken & Seasonings

01 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
02 - ½ teaspoon paprika
03 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
05 - 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs

→ Sauce & Garnish

06 - Green onions, chopped to sprinkle on top
07 - 1 cup bang bang sauce (make your own or grab some at the store)

# Steps:

01 - Coat the chicken all over with the sauce in your skillet, throw some green onions on top, and dig in
02 - Take out your chicken and cover it up with foil so it stays hot. Pour the bang bang sauce into the same skillet, scrape off those tasty brown bits, and let it bubble for 1 to 2 minutes
03 - Pour the oil into your big nonstick pan and heat it up on medium. Let the chicken cook for about 5 minutes on each side, and check that it hits 165°F inside
04 - Stir together the salt, pepper, and paprika in a small bowl. Rub this seasoning all over your chicken

# Helpful Notes:

01 - You might need to cook in rounds if your skillet's on the small side
02 - Thicker chicken will take longer than thin pieces
