BBQ Chicken Cheese Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

02 - 1 cup of chicken breast, cooked and pulled apart

03 - ½ avocado, diced
04 - ½ cup slaw mix
05 - ¼ cup black beans
06 - ¼ cup of corn that’s been roasted

→ Sauces and Garnish

07 - A handful of chopped cilantro for topping
08 - 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce, with a little extra for a drizzle

# Instructions:

01 - Mix BBQ sauce with the shredded chicken until everything’s coated nicely.
02 - In a serving dish, add layers of cottage cheese, BBQ-coated chicken, corn, black beans, diced avocado, and the slaw.
03 - Add a drizzle of more BBQ sauce, sprinkle with cilantro, and enjoy right away.
