BBQ Chicken Rolls (Print Version)

Pizza dough rolled up with barbecue chicken, melty mozzarella, and red onions, air fried till they're golden and tasty.

# Ingredients:

01 - Cooking spray or parchment paper.
02 - 1/3 cup diced red onion.
03 - 2 cups shredded chicken or 12-oz canned chicken.
04 - 1/2 cup BBQ sauce.
05 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella, plus a little more for the top.
06 - 1 tube store-bought pizza dough (like Pillsbury).

# Steps:

01 - Spread BBQ sauce on the dough, then scatter mozzarella, chopped onions, and chicken over it. Unroll your pizza crust first.
02 - Slice the rolled-up dough into thick pieces—about 2 inches each. Start rolling up the dough from one long side, making a tight spiral.
03 - Put parchment in the fryer basket. Pop the rolls in at 375°F for 6 minutes, then top with extra cheese. Cook another minute or two until melty.
04 - Bake at 400°F for around 15-16 minutes on a lined tray. Pull them out when they're golden and look awesome.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Don't pile on extra BBQ sauce or they'll fall apart.
02 - Use an air fryer or pop them in your oven.
