Spread BBQ sauce on the dough, then scatter mozzarella, chopped onions, and chicken over it. Unroll your pizza crust first.

Slice the rolled-up dough into thick pieces—about 2 inches each. Start rolling up the dough from one long side, making a tight spiral.

Put parchment in the fryer basket. Pop the rolls in at 375°F for 6 minutes, then top with extra cheese. Cook another minute or two until melty.

Bake at 400°F for around 15-16 minutes on a lined tray. Pull them out when they're golden and look awesome.
