Beef & Cheddar Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Beef

01 - 2 cups beef broth
02 - 1 1/2 pounds thinly sliced rare roast beef
03 - 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

→ Cheese Sauce

04 - 1 cup whole milk
05 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
06 - Pinch of ground nutmeg
07 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
09 - 2 tablespoons butter
10 - 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
11 - 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp white cheddar

→ Assembly

12 - 1-2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
13 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
14 - 12 small slider rolls
15 - Arby's sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Let the beef sit out till it's not cold. Stir together Worcestershire sauce and broth.
02 - Cook butter and flour to make a roux. Add warm milk and seasonings, then mix in cheese until smooth.
03 - Bring broth mixture to a boil, toss in the beef, and quickly drain it.
04 - Spread Arby's sauce on the bottoms of the rolls. Stack beef, then cheese sauce, and cap with the roll tops. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle on seasoning.
05 - Bake at 350°F: Covered for 15 minutes, uncovered for 10 more. Broil shortly, then top with more butter.

01 - Store-bought Arby's sauce works too
02 - Extra sauces on the side are great
03 - Tastes best while warm
