Tater Tot Beef Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
02 - 1 small onion, diced
03 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, split
04 - ½ cup sour cream
05 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
06 - 1 lb ground beef

→ Seasonings

07 - Optional: your choice of garlic powder, paprika, or other spices
08 - Salt and pepper, as you like

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on to 375°F (190°C) and let it warm up
02 - Cook the ground beef along with the diced onion, sprinkle with seasoning, then remove excess fat
03 - Stir sour cream and cream of mushroom soup into the beef and heat everything until warm
04 - Put the beef mixture in a greased pan, sprinkle 1 cup of cheese on top, and arrange the frozen tater tots over it
05 - Bake for 25-30 minutes so tots get golden and crispy, sprinkle with the leftover cheese, and bake for 5 more minutes

# Notes:

01 - Sprinkle fresh parsley or chopped green onions on top. Add bacon crumbles or a splash of Worcestershire for extra taste
