01 -
Combine the mayo, vinegar, ketchup, yellow mustard, onion, sweet pickle relish, and paprika in a small bowl. Stir until creamy. Let it chill in the fridge until you're ready to use it; this makes the flavors even better!
02 -
Place a big pan on medium heat. Toss in the beef and break it up as it cooks with a wooden spoon. Keep stirring until there’s no pink left (about 5-7 minutes). Get rid of the extra grease, then put the pan back on the stove. Mix in the garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Let it cook one more minute to soak up those flavors.
03 -
Set the tortillas on a clean surface. Grab your chilled sauce and spread about 2 tablespoons onto each one. Don’t go all the way to the edges, leave a little space!
04 -
Sprinkle the lettuce evenly over the tortillas. Top with a handful of shredded cheddar. Then scatter on the sliced onions, tasty pickles, and those cubed tomatoes.
05 -
Spoon a quarter of the seasoned beef mixture onto each tortilla, right on top of the veggies.
06 -
Fold in the two sides, then roll up the tortilla from the bottom. Tuck things in tightly as you go to keep it together. Use a toothpick to secure it if you need to. Cut each wrap diagonally in half and serve while it’s still hot!

Grab a few napkins and go for it! They taste just like a classic burger but are super simple to make.
