# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pre-made 10-inch pizza crust
02 - 1 can flaky refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits)

03 - 1 pound ground sausage
04 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
05 - 2 cups milk
06 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

→ Topping

08 - 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
09 - Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Cut biscuits into quarters and place evenly over the pizza crust. Press down lightly to create a crust.
03 - In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
04 - Stir in flour until sausage is coated. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until the gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
