Breakfast Sandwich Freezer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meaty Patties

01 - 1 tbsp of brown sugar
02 - 1 pound of sausage, ground
03 - 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1 pound beef, ground
06 - 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
07 - 1 tsp onion powder

→ Egg Mixture

08 - A dozen large eggs
09 - 1/4 cup milk or cream
10 - 1 tsp of table salt
11 - 1 tsp powdered white pepper

→ Sandwich Pieces

12 - 6 slices of cheese of your choice
13 - 6 English muffins
14 - Melted butter, about 2 tbsp
15 - A splash of syrup if you'd like

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk the eggs, milk, and seasoning together. Bake in a 13x9 pan lined with parchment at 350°F for around 20 minutes.
02 - Combine ground beef, pork, and seasonings. Make 5-6 oz patties just a bit larger than the muffins. Cook each side for 5-6 minutes in a hot skillet.
03 - Butter and toast your muffins. Add syrup for sweetness, then assemble patties and cheese in layers.
04 - Wrap sandwiches individually in parchment or plastic and pop them into freezer-safe bags for storage.
