Chocolate Chip Brownie Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted (for the brownie part).
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
03 - Two eggs, large size.
04 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring.
05 - ⅓ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened).
06 - ½ cup all-purpose flour (for brownies).
07 - ¼ teaspoon of table salt.
08 - ¼ teaspoon baking powder.
09 - ½ cup room temperature butter (for cookies).
10 - ½ cup dark brown sugar, packed tightly.
11 - ¼ cup granulated sugar (for cookies).
12 - 2 tablespoons milk, any type.
13 - 1 teaspoon vanilla (for cookie section).
14 - 1 cup all-purpose flour (used in the cookie layer).
15 - ½ cup chocolate pieces.
16 - ½ cup melted chocolate chunks for drizzling on top.
17 - Extra chocolate bits to sprinkle as garnish.

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F, and set up an 8-inch pan with parchment that hangs over the edges.
02 - Combine the butter (melted) with the sugar using a whisk. Then, add the eggs and vanilla.
03 - Blend in sifted cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir just until mixed.
04 - Transfer to the pan, bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let it cool totally once done.
05 - Cream the softened butter with both sugars until light. Mix in the milk and vanilla as well.
06 - Slowly stir in the flour until dough takes shape. Finally, fold in the chocolate chunks.
07 - Spread the cookie dough layer across the cooled brownie base. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
08 - Drizzle melted chocolate over and sprinkle more chocolate chips. Cut into pieces once chilled.
