Quick Burrito Bowl (Print Version)

A flexible, quick meal with scrambled eggs, melted cheese, avocado, and salsa. Perfect for busy mornings.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - A pinch of salt and pepper for seasoning
02 - 2 to 3 eggs, large size
03 - One tablespoonful of butter

→ Toppings

04 - Optional: half an avocado, chunked
05 - 1/4 cup of sharp cheddar, shredded
06 - 3 spoonfuls of fresh salsa

# Steps:

01 - Set a skillet, heavy-bottomed or cast iron, on medium-low heat for a while.
02 - Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper till they have a nice fluffiness.
03 - Let the butter melt in the pan, then pour in the eggs. Keep stirring gently with a spatula to form chunks. This will take around 1 or 2 minutes.
04 - Move the cooked eggs to a dish, then sprinkle your cheese, add salsa, avocado, or anything else you like.
