Set a skillet, heavy-bottomed or cast iron, on medium-low heat for a while.

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper till they have a nice fluffiness.

Let the butter melt in the pan, then pour in the eggs. Keep stirring gently with a spatula to form chunks. This will take around 1 or 2 minutes.

Move the cooked eggs to a dish, then sprinkle your cheese, add salsa, avocado, or anything else you like.
