Garlic Butter Pizza Pretzels (Print Version)

Delicious pretzels topped with melted cheese, garlic butter, and pepperoni. A hit for parties or quick bites.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 18 slices of pepperoni
02 - Shredded fresh mozzarella cheese
03 - ½ cup of melted Chef Shamy Garlic Butter
04 - 6 frozen SuperPretzels

→ Garnish & Dipping

05 - Chopped fresh basil or parsley for topping
06 - Pizza dipping sauce

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and let it warm up.
02 - Put the frozen pretzels on a baking pan lined with parchment paper or foil. Brush generously with melted garlic butter.
03 - Pop them in the warmed-up oven and cook for around 3 minutes.
04 - Take them out, switch on the broiler, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Add pepperoni slices, then finish with another layer of mozzarella.
05 - Stick them back under the broiler for about 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is hot, melted, and bubbly.
06 - Add some fresh parsley or basil on top, and serve with pizza sauce and more melted garlic butter as dips.
