Juicy steak chunks seared to perfection and coated in buttery garlic goodness. A quick yet delicious option ready in only 15 minutes.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 tbsp olive oil
02 - 1/2 tsp pepper, adjust for taste
03 - 1/2 tsp salt, season as needed
04 - 1.5 lbs sirloin steak (or tenderloin, strip, ribeye), diced

→ Garlic Butter Sauce

05 - 4 minced garlic cloves
06 - 2 tbsp butter, unsalted
07 - 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
08 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

# Steps:

01 - Warm up olive oil over high heat in a wide pan. Toss in the steak pieces and sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
02 - Leave the steak untouched for about 2 minutes so it gets a nice sear. Flip and cook another 2 minutes till golden brown. Cook in smaller portions if the skillet is crowded.
03 - Move the cooked steak off the heat and onto a plate. Lower the heat, drop butter into the same pan, then toss in garlic and chili flakes after it melts. Stir for half a minute till the garlic smells amazing and starts to brown.
04 - Drizzle the garlic butter onto the steak bites, tossing gently to coat everything evenly. Sprinkle parsley on top and enjoy while hot.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Dry the steak well ahead of slicing for better searing.
02 - Avoid overcrowding the pan by cooking in smaller batches.
03 - Let the steak cool briefly before eating to hold in juices.
04 - Leftover steak keeps fresh in the fridge for 3 days.
