A lighter spin on the famous Cajun corn. Air-fried till crispy, tossed in spicy butter. Great as a side or party snack.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 6 tablespoons of butter
02 - Oil spray (use avocado or olive oil)
03 - 1.5 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning (or your homemade mix below)
04 - 6 ears of corn

→ Homemade Cajun Seasoning

05 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
06 - ¾ teaspoon cayenne pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
10 - ¾ teaspoon dried thyme
11 - ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
12 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
13 - ½ teaspoon dried oregano
14 - ½ teaspoon brown sugar
15 - 1 tablespoon paprika

# Steps:

01 - Peel off the husks and get rid of the silk. Slice each cob into bite-sized rounds about 1.5 inches thick (3 or 4 pieces per cob).
02 - Lay corn in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with oil and cook at 400°F for 5 minutes.
03 - Turn the corn pieces over, spray again, and cook another 5 minutes. If they’re not golden enough, give them another minute or two, flipping as needed.
04 - Pop butter in the microwave for 10-15 seconds in a big bowl. Stir Cajun seasoning into the melty butter until smooth.
05 - Throw the cooked corn into the buttery mixture and mix until fully covered. If needed, use a basting brush to reach every nook and cranny.
06 - Serve piping hot, paired with some ranch for dipping.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Keep leftovers in the fridge for about 4 days.
02 - Microwave leftovers in short 30-second bursts to warm them up.
03 - Toss in extra cayenne if you want it spicier!
