Lay out the sourdough pieces on your countertop. Spread that honey mustard on one side of each piece, covering the surface well.

Split the cheddar into four smaller pieces. Start stacking by adding cheese, turkey, tomato slices, spinach, and bacon on two pieces of bread, then top with the other two slices.

Take that softened butter and coat the outside part of the bread on all four sides.

Place the sandwiches in a skillet over medium heat. Let them cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the cheese oozes and the bread becomes crispy and golden.
