Pour in the beef stock, milk, pasta, and seasoning blend. Let it reach a boil, then cover and simmer till the pasta’s soft—this should take about 10-12 minutes. Stir every now and then.

Put some olive oil in a big pot over medium heat. Mix in the onions and beef, breaking the meat apart as it cooks. When the beef’s browned and onions look soft, drain off the extra grease.
