Cheesecake Stuffed Berries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
04 - 1 pint fresh strawberries

→ Toppings

05 - Optional: sprinkles
06 - Optional: crushed nuts
07 - 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
08 - Optional: chocolate to drizzle

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse your berries, make sure they're dry, and cut off the tops. Scoop out the centers but don’t pierce through the bottoms.
02 - Whip the cream cheese until it’s creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then blend until everything’s light and airy.
03 - Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture into the strawberries, letting a bit of it sit above the edges.
04 - Dust the tops with graham cracker crumbs. If you'd like, sprinkle on nuts, sprinkles, or drizzle melted chocolate.
05 - Pop them in the fridge for at least half an hour so everything firms up before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Best enjoyed fresh on the same day
02 - Keep in the fridge until you're ready to eat
