Cheesecake Overnight Oats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Essential Ingredients

01 - A tablespoon of chia seeds
02 - One scoop of vanilla-flavored protein powder
03 - 1/4 cup of either quick or rolled oats
04 - One tablespoon of pudding mix with a cheesecake flavor, sugar-free

→ Liquids

05 - 2/3 cup of plain Greek yogurt (0% fat)
06 - Three-quarters of a cup of almond milk, unsweetened
07 - A tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice

→ Fruit Addition

08 - 1/4 to 1/2 cup of frozen strawberry pieces

# Instructions:

01 - Throw everything into a big mason jar and mix it well together.
02 - Close the jar and let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap cheesecake pudding for vanilla pudding without any trouble
02 - Feel free to top it with whipped cream or a dollop of coco whip if you'd like
