Cheesy Olive Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 14-inch French bread, 1 loaf
02 - 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
03 - 1/2 cup mayo
04 - 1 1/2 teaspoons hot Sriracha sauce

→ Filling

05 - A 6-ounce jar of pimiento-stuffed green olives, drained
06 - One 2.25-ounce can of black olives (sliced), drained
07 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (8 ounces)
08 - 2 green onion stalks, chopped small

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Slice bread lengthwise, then scoop some of the inside out to make a shallow dip. Set on your baking tray.
02 - In a big bowl, blend together mayo, butter, and Sriracha. Toss in cheese, olives, and green onions, stirring until combined.
03 - Spread the mixture on both bread pieces evenly. Bake them for 25 to 30 minutes until you see the cheese bubble and brown.
04 - Slice into smaller 2-inch pieces and serve hot. They work great as snacks!

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best straight from the oven.
02 - To make it milder or hotter, change the amount of Sriracha.
