01 -
Turn on your oven and set it to 400°F (200°C).
02 -
In a big pot, boil some water. Once bubbling wildly, toss in the macaroni and cook till it's firm but done, about 8 minutes. Use a strainer to drain, return the pasta to the pot, drizzle olive oil to coat, and stir. Set pasta aside.
03 -
Use a medium pot on medium heat to start the cheesy mixture. Drop in the butter and wait for it to melt. Then pour in the cream, sprinkle in salt, garlic, and all the cheeses. Stir steadily until blended. Combine cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to make a slurry, and pour it in while stirring. Mix till smooth and creamy.
04 -
Scoop out ¾ cup of the cheese sauce and save it in a small bowl to spread on the pizza base later. Combine the remaining sauce with the cooked pasta, mixing it together well.
05 -
Lay the pizza dough onto a nonstick or prepped pan and bake it for 5 minutes to firm it up a bit.
06 -
Spread the macaroni mixture evenly over the crust, then sprinkle a cup of mozzarella on each pizza. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes or until the crust turns golden and the cheese bubbles.
