01 - 2 cups mashed potatoes
02 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
03 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
04 - 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
05 - 1 large egg
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Pepper, to taste
08 - Oil for frying or cooking spray for baking

# Steps:

01 - Boil and mash the potatoes until smooth.
02 - Combine mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, green onions, and egg in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
03 - Form small balls or puff shapes from the mixture.
04 - Gently coat each puff with breadcrumbs to ensure an even layer.
05 - Fry the coated puffs in hot oil until golden and crispy, or bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes.
