Get your oven going at 375°F. Toss some parchment paper on a baking sheet.

Set your loaf cut-side up on the tray after slicing it from end to end.

Stir garlic into the butter until it's mixed. Spread this onto both pieces of bread.

Dump on the pesto over the garlic butter, then sprinkle your mozzarella followed by Parmesan.

Let it bake until cheesy and bubbly, usually about 10 to 12 minutes. Want a golden top? Flip it to broil for 1 or 2 minutes if you feel like it.

Chop up some basil, throw it on top, cut it up, and dig in while it's warm.
