Cheesy Pizza Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Butter (3 tablespoons) to grease your pan
02 - 16 ½ oz biscuit dough (465 g) from a can
03 - Marinara sauce, as needed
04 - Pepperoni slices
05 - 8 oz mozzarella ball (225 g), cubed
06 - Melted butter
07 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped up finely
08 - A sprinkle of salt
09 - A dash of black pepper
10 - 1 tablespoon of Italian herbs
11 - Grated Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Crank the oven up to 375°F (190°C). Layer a baking sheet with parchment and give it a good butter coating.
02 - Slice the biscuits into halves. Use your thumb to press each piece into a small circle - like bite-sized crusts!
03 - Spoon a little marinara in the center of every dough circle. Add a pepperoni slice and a mozzarella cube on top.
04 - Bring the edges of the dough together and pinch them shut over the filling. Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
05 - In a small bowl, blend melted butter with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
06 - Brush the butter mix onto each bomb and shower with Parmesan. Cook them in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until they're golden and crispy.
07 - Give them a minute to cool so you won't burn yourself. Serve with marinara for dipping, and watch how fast they go!

# Notes:

01 - They're great for weekend munchies or party snacks everyone will love!
02 - Switch up the inside with any toppings you want—try veggies or different meats like ham and bacon!
