01 -
Crank the oven up to 375°F (190°C). Layer a baking sheet with parchment and give it a good butter coating.
02 -
Slice the biscuits into halves. Use your thumb to press each piece into a small circle - like bite-sized crusts!
03 -
Spoon a little marinara in the center of every dough circle. Add a pepperoni slice and a mozzarella cube on top.
04 -
Bring the edges of the dough together and pinch them shut over the filling. Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
05 -
In a small bowl, blend melted butter with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
06 -
Brush the butter mix onto each bomb and shower with Parmesan. Cook them in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until they're golden and crispy.
07 -
Give them a minute to cool so you won't burn yourself. Serve with marinara for dipping, and watch how fast they go!
