Taco Pinwheels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup of water.
02 - 2 1/2 tablespoons of taco spices.
03 - 1 pound of lean beef, ground.
04 - 1 cup of shredded cheese blend.
05 - 1 pizza dough.
06 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt.
07 - 1 teaspoon of freshly chopped cilantro.
08 - 1/2 cup of ranch dressing.
09 - 1 teaspoon lime juice.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oven to 400°F.
02 - Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, then drain the grease. Add water and taco seasoning, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
03 - Spread out the pizza dough, layer the meat mixture on it, and sprinkle the cheese on top.
04 - Roll the dough tightly, jelly-roll style, and slice into pieces about 1/2 inch thick.
05 - Put the slices on a baking tray and bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown.
06 - In a small bowl, combine yogurt, ranch dressing, lime juice, and cilantro.

01 - You can prepare ahead and keep in the fridge before slicing.
02 - Pair with the sauce, salsa, and some extra cilantro.
