Taco Breadsticks (Print Version)

Fluffy breadsticks packed with spicy ground beef and gooey cheese, coated in garlicky melted butter. These are a playful take on tacos that are awesome for dipping.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes.
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
03 - ¼ cup melted butter.
04 - 5 sticks colby jack cheese, sliced in half.
05 - 1 can pizza dough from fridge.
06 - 1 packet taco spice mix.
07 - 1 pound ground beef (lean).

# Steps:

01 - Bake ‘em in your hot oven for 10-12 minutes. You're looking for a nice golden brown color.
02 - Stir the garlic powder and parsley into your melted butter. Slather it right on top of your dough sticks.
03 - Wrap the dough tightly around the filling. Pinch the edges good so nothing leaks out.
04 - Spoon some beef and half of a cheese stick into the center of every dough rectangle.
05 - Slice your pizza dough down the middle, then cut each piece into 5 so you end up with 10 pieces.
06 - Brown the beef in a skillet. Drain off any grease. Add your taco seasoning and let the meat cool off.
07 - Fire up the oven to 425°F. Grab a baking sheet and give it a spray with nonstick coating.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Eat these hot for the ultimate cheese-pull.
02 - Let the taco meat cool before you start filling the dough so it doesn’t get soggy.
03 - Try topping with salsa, guac, or sour cream.
