A cheesy, meat-free casserole that's perfect for get-togethers or weeknight family dinners. Bursting with Italian flavors and three kinds of cheese.

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce & Pasta

01 - 1 (24 oz) jar of pasta sauce (3 cups)
02 - 16 oz of ziti pasta

→ Cheesy Blend

03 - 8 oz of shredded mozzarella (2 cups)
04 - 1 egg
05 - 15 oz of whole milk ricotta
06 - 1 cup of grated Pecorino Romano

→ Flavor Boosters

07 - 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
08 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
09 - ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and let it heat up.
02 - Cook the ziti according to the package directions. Make sure it's firm but not overdone.
03 - In a large bowl, combine 1-½ cups of pasta sauce, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, one egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
04 - Pour ½ cup of pasta sauce into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Add the cooked pasta along with the ricotta mix, stirring lightly. Spread the last cup of sauce on top, sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella, and then the Pecorino Romano. Cover with foil.
