Chicken Bacon Ranch (Print Version)

Rolled-up pizza dough packed with juicy rotisserie chicken, crunchy bacon, gooey cheese, and creamy ranch all inside.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
03 - ½ cup chopped cooked bacon
04 - 1 (8-ounce) can thin crust refrigerated pizza dough
05 - ½ cup ranch dressing, plus some extra for dipping

# Steps:

01 - Cut it up once it's cooled a tad. Enjoy warm and dunk into more ranch if you like.
02 - Slice a few diagonal vents on top. Stick it in the oven for about 15-25 minutes. You want it looking crusty and browned.
03 - With the help of the parchment, roll up the dough starting from the long edge. Tuck those ends in and keep the seam underneath.
04 - Slather ranch all over the stretched dough, stay about an inch from the edge. Sprinkle on chicken, bacon bits, and cheese.
05 - Grab the pizza dough and gently pull it out on the parchment paper until it's thin all over. Try not to rip it.
06 - Fire up your oven to 400°F. Lay some parchment on a big baking tray.

01 - It goes faster if you grab some grocery store rotisserie chicken and already cooked bacon.
02 - You can throw it together in advance, then warm it up when you're ready to eat.
