Chicken Bacon Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 3 cloves garlic, chopped up
02 - 5 cups of broccoli or a pound of thawed frozen spinach
03 - 4 cups of cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
04 - 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

→ Sauce & Cheese

05 - 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
06 - 1 cup ranch dressing
07 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

→ Topping

08 - 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
09 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 375°F. Blanch broccoli for just a minute or two, or drain spinach well if using it instead.
02 - In a big bowl, toss together the chicken, garlic, bacon, vegetables, ranch dressing, and half the cheese.
03 - Pour the mixture into a casserole pan that's 9x13 inches in size.
04 - Scatter the rest of the cheese evenly across the top.
05 - Pop it in the oven for 15 minutes until it's hot and bubbling. Cool for a bit before diving in.
