# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 1.5 lbs)
02 - 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
03 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
04 - 2 cups marinara sauce, store-bought or homemade
05 - 1.5 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
06 - 0.5 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
07 - 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
08 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
09 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
02 - Set up a breading station: In one bowl, whisk together 2 eggs and minced garlic; in another, mix panko breadcrumbs with Italian seasoning.
03 - Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
04 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
