Avocado Chicken Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Parts

01 - 2 avocados, diced up and seed removed
02 - 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and either shredded or chopped
03 - A half cup of corn, any type works (grilled, canned, or thawed frozen)
04 - A quarter cup of onions, finely chopped (red or green)

→ Seasoning & Dressing

05 - 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped cilantro
06 - Olive oil, 2 spoonfuls
07 - 2 tablespoons of lime or lemon juice
08 - Salt and black pepper, adjust to your liking

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the diced avocado, onion, corn, chicken, and cilantro in a big bowl.
02 - Pour on the olive oil, squeeze lime juice over it, and sprinkle with some salt and pepper.
03 - Gently mix everything until it's all combined evenly.

# Notes:

01 - You can grab pre-cooked rotisserie chicken to save time.
02 - Want to jazz it up? Try tossing in extras like black beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, or crispy bacon pieces.
