Cheesy Spinach Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - About 2 lbs of chicken breasts (4 pieces).
02 - Fresh spinach, 4 oz.
03 - Cream cheese, 4 oz.
04 - Crumbled feta cheese, 2 oz.
05 - Shredded mozzarella, 2 oz.
06 - Olive oil, 2 tablespoons.
07 - Paprika, 2 teaspoons.
08 - Ground cumin, 1 teaspoon.
09 - Salt, 1 teaspoon.
10 - Chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon.

# Steps:

01 - Combine cumin, paprika, chili powder, and salt in a bowl. Set it to the side.
02 - Finely chop the spinach and mix it thoroughly with the mozzarella, feta, and cream cheese. Stir until it feels thick and smooth.
03 - Use a sharp knife to cut a pocket into the side of each chicken piece. Be careful not to slice all the way through.
04 - Split the mixture into four equal parts and stuff it into the chicken. Use toothpicks to keep it secure.
05 - Rub the chicken with the spice mixture, coat with olive oil, and bake it in the oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes.
