Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana (Print Version)

Frozen chocolate, peanut butter, and banana pops with creamy yogurt and crunchy pretzel coating.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
02 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter (no added sugars)
03 - 6 small-medium ripe bananas
04 - 2 tsp vanilla extract
05 - 6 oz dark, semi-sweet, or milk chocolate, chopped
06 - 1 tbsp coconut oil
07 - 2 cups crushed pretzel crumbs

# Steps:

01 - In a blender, blend together the yogurt, peanut butter, bananas, and vanilla. Add a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add 2-4 tablespoons of milk to thin it.
02 - Evenly divide the mixture between 8 Dixie cups or popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks into each cup. Freeze until firm, approximately 4 hours or overnight. Keep frozen until ready to serve.
03 - Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave and let it cool for 10 minutes. Remove the pops from the freezer, coat them in chocolate, and roll them through the crushed pretzel crumbs. Serve immediately or return them to the freezer until ready to eat.
