Savory meatballs glazed in cranberry sauce, the perfect sweet-tangy bite for festive occasions or family meals.

# Ingredients:

→ Meatballs

01 - 1 small onion, grated or finely chopped
02 - 1.5 pounds ground pork, extra lean
03 - 1 cup breadcrumbs, such as Panko
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1/3 cup ketchup
06 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1/4 cup parsley, fresh, chopped
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
09 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper, or to taste

→ Sauce

10 - 2 cups cranberry sauce, homemade or store-bought
11 - 1 cup ketchup
12 - 3 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
13 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, combine all the meatball ingredients together and mix well.
03 - Wet your hands and form the mixture into medium-sized meatballs. You should end up with about 32 meatballs.
04 - Transfer the meatballs to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160℉.
05 - While the meatballs are baking, prepare the sauce. In a large skillet, add all the sauce ingredients, stir and cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
06 - Turn down the heat and stir in the meatballs. Cook until heated through.
07 - Garnish with parsley if preferred and serve warm.
