Follow the instructions on the penne package to cook it perfectly.

Warm the olive oil in a big pan over medium heat. Sprinkle a tablespoon of Cajun seasoning on both sides of the chicken. Place the breasts in the pan and cook for around 3 minutes per side, or until the inside hits 165°F.

Take the chicken out, wipe the skillet clean, and put it back on medium heat.

Melt the butter in the skillet, toss in the minced garlic and sauté for half a minute. Mix in the flour and cook for another 30 seconds. Slowly pour in the half-and-half, starting with small amounts at first to thicken it up, then add the rest more quickly.

Mix in the parmesan cheese until it melts completely. Add the remaining Cajun seasoning and some salt and pepper to flavor.

Toss the pasta with the sauce. Serve it with sliced chicken on top, and garnish with parsley, tomato, parmesan, and enjoy it right away!
