01 - 1 package shelf-stable gnocchi
02 - 2 cups frozen broccoli
03 - 2 cups shredded or chopped cooked chicken
04 - 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
05 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
06 - 1 jar (15 ounces) Alfredo sauce
07 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

10 - Sliced green onions
11 - Extra crumbled bacon

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a casserole dish with non-stick baking spray.
02 - Cook the gnocchi according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
03 - Gently stir together the cooked gnocchi, broccoli, chicken, bacon, garlic, and Alfredo sauce.
04 - Spoon the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle evenly with the shredded mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheeses.
05 - Bake for 20 minutes. Broil for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese starts to brown. Keep a close eye on it during broiling as it will brown quickly.
