# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
02 - 1-2 hard boiled eggs, chopped up or sliced
03 - 1 1/2 pounds cooked ham, diced into small pieces (makes about 5 cups)
04 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

→ Dressing

05 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
06 - 3/4 cup mayo
07 - 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
08 - 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish, dried using paper towels

→ For Serving

09 - Soft bread rolls
10 - Variety of crackers

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the ham, eggs, celery, onion, and pepper into a food processor. Use the pulse button 20-25 times until it's all chopped up really fine.
02 - In a big bowl, mix together the mayo, mustard, and the pickle relish you've dried off.
03 - Scoop the ground-up ham mix into the bowl with the dressing. Stir it all up until it's completely mixed.
04 - Pop it in the fridge with a cover on and let it sit for a few hours so the flavors come together.

# Notes:

01 - Great way to use up ham leftovers from holidays
02 - Taste-test before salting, since ham is often quite salty
