# Ingredients:

# Instructions:

01 - Give both sides of the chicken breasts a generous sprinkle of salt and pepper.
02 - Warm some olive oil over medium-high heat in a big pan. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until it's golden brown and crisp.
03 - Once it's cooked, move the chicken to a plate and keep it for later. Don't worry, it'll be back soon!
04 - Turn the heat to medium and toss in the garlic. Stir it around for about 30 seconds—just enough until it smells amazing.
05 - Slowly add the cream, stirring it as you pour. Toss in the grated parmesan and the seasoning, mixing until creamy and thickened.
06 - If spinach is your thing, add it now. Let it wilt and blend into the sauce for 2-3 minutes.
07 - Slide the chicken back into the pan and coat it with that garlicky sauce. Let it simmer for a minute so it gets all cozy with the flavors.
