Crispy Air Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 large potatoes.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon dried herbs mix.

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse potatoes under water and slice into rounds about 1/2 cm thick. Drop the slices into water as you go.
02 - Pour out the water and dry the potato slices completely. Use a clean towel or paper towels to get rid of all moisture.
03 - Toss the dry slices in a bowl with olive oil, dried herbs, garlic powder, and salt until coated evenly.
04 - Spread the slices in the fryer basket in one layer. Cook at 390°F for 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
05 - Check if the slices are crunchy and golden. Cook them for 2 more minutes if needed. Serve while still warm.

# Notes:

01 - Soaking helps remove starch, which makes fries crispier.
02 - Don’t pile up the slices in the air fryer basket.
