01 -
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Set up a breading station: in one shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. In the second bowl, whisk eggs. In the third bowl, add panko breadcrumbs.
02 -
Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, shake off excess, dip it in the beaten eggs, and coat it with the panko breadcrumbs. Press breadcrumbs onto the chicken to ensure they adhere well. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a greased rack.
03 -
Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the coating is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
04 -
While the chicken is baking, combine honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until warm and blended. Adjust heat to taste by adding more hot sauce if desired.
05 -
Once the chicken is done, drizzle with warm hot honey sauce and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top while still warm to allow it to slightly melt.
