Parmesan Chicken (Print Version)

Golden, crunchy-coated chicken dressed in parmesan, mozzarella, and garlic. Inspired by your favorite restaurant flavors.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cloves of garlic, minced.
02 - 1/4 cup of milk.
03 - 1 teaspoon of Italian herbs.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
05 - Two big eggs.
06 - A handful (1 cup) of grated mozzarella.
07 - About 4 chicken breasts, no bones.
08 - 1 cup of breadcrumbs.
09 - Two tablespoons olive oil.
10 - A cup of grated Parmesan (split in half).
11 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
12 - Half a cup of plain flour.

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F first. Combine breadcrumbs with seasonings and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix eggs and milk in another bowl.
02 - Dust chicken pieces with flour. Dunk into the egg mixture. Then make sure to coat each piece in breadcrumbs.
03 - In a skillet, heat the oil and cook each chicken breast for around 3-4 minutes on each side till they’re crispy and brown.
04 - Put leftover Parmesan, mozzarella, and garlic on the chicken and bake for 20-25 minutes. Check it’s cooked properly.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Adding extra breadcrumbs gives more crunch.
02 - Pairs well with mashed potatoes flavored with garlic.
03 - Top it with fresh parsley for a fancy touch.
