Crispy Phyllo Beef Bites (Print Version)

Flaky phyllo filled with seasoned beef, cheddar, tomatoes, and ranch, baked for a tasty party treat.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning
03 - 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
04 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1 bottle (8 oz) ranch dressing
06 - 5 packages (15 count each) frozen phyllo tart shells

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - Cook ground beef in skillet until no longer pink. Drain fat.
03 - Add taco seasoning, tomatoes and chiles to beef. Cook for 5 minutes more.
04 - In a bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. Add cooked taco meat to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
05 - Spoon the mixture into the frozen phyllo tart shells.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or 10-13 minutes if shells were frozen.
