Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook ground beef in skillet until no longer pink. Drain fat.

Add taco seasoning, tomatoes and chiles to beef. Cook for 5 minutes more.

In a bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. Add cooked taco meat to the mixture and mix thoroughly.

Spoon the mixture into the frozen phyllo tart shells.

Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or 10-13 minutes if shells were frozen.
